Why the name
“Le Pourquoi Pas”
(“The Why Not”) ?!
We are keeping the name of the establishment given by its creators and predecessors in homage to Jean Baptiste Charcot, a French explorer who crossed the Arctic Circle in 1902 and sailed the polar seas aboard his ship named “Le Pourquoi Pas.”

Our restaurant will be open from Wednesday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime and from Wednesday evening to Saturday evening by reservation only.
